A 'prequel' to the NZCF Armed Man workshop and performance the following weekend. My workshop will be structured for those who are not familiar with reading music from scores, and is designed to help you orientate yourself for a more 'classical' sing. There'll be tips and hints for score reading and speed learning; what to expect at the NZCF workshop; some background on composer Karl Jenkins, and the international choral hit that is The Armed Man. Realistically, we won't be trying to learn parts at this workshop, but it will give you tools to do some at home before the main event.
